Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the USA and Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Orders $100 and above → Free shipping
  • Orders below $100 → $10 shipping fee 

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA & Canada: 5-8 business days
  • Processing time before shipping: 2-3 business days

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received one or need assistance, contact us here.

What if my order is delayed?

Occasionally, international customs processing may cause delays. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out to us, and we’ll help resolve the situation.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us here with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. Returns are subject to evaluation.

Are there any fees for returns?

We do not offer free returns unless the item has a product quality issue. A restocking fee of 10% - 20% may apply:

  • Unopened items in original condition → 10% restocking fee
  • Opened/used items (undamaged) → 20% restocking fee
  • Return shipping fees → Vary based on location and logistics provider

What items cannot be returned?

  • Used or altered items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Customized products
  • Free gifts
  • Orders older than 30 days

What if my item is defective or damaged?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, take a photo and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement and ask you to return the defective product.

Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders not yet shipped can be canceled, but a 5% cancellation fee applies.
  • Orders that have shipped follow the standard return process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
